Only few Chardonnays in Spain can aged for long time as reserva and stay fresh, balanced and elegant. Thanks to our location at Monjardín Valley, we are able to make this style of wines. La Rellanada Vineyard Located just infront of the winery, planted in 1988 it has always grown very high quality grapes. At an altitude of 650 m, we harvest in October, when grapes are golden colour. Viura vineyard from the Monjardin Valley area. Fine loamy or silty soil textures on alternating tertiary continental marls and sandstones. Altitude - 650 meters Age - more than 36 years. Fermentation in steel tanks and work on first lees with periodic batonage for 6 months.
